The fastest and easiest option to change a flat tire on a ride is to replace the complete wheel on the go. 

The Black Carve 3 uses 10mm Board Bearings for added rigidity and stability. The Black Carve 1,2 and Challenger all use 8mm bearings. Most other boards also still use 8mm bearings.
